IADMS MEMBER DISCOUNT
TO RECEIVE THE MEMBERS' DISCOUNTED REGISTRATION FEE, YOUR IADMS MEMBERSHIP DUES MUST BE PAID BY JUNE 15, 2014. Membership applications or renewals received after this date will not qualify for a reduced registration fee.
It is also important that you check the EXPIRATION date of your membership. If your membership is expiring prior to October 19, 2014, you will not be able to register as a current IADMS member.
TO RECEIVE THE PRESENTER DISCOUNT YOU MUST REGISTER BY AUGUST 15, 2014. Presenter discounts will not be available after this date.
If you register after August 15, 2014, you must pay the full registration fee plus any applicable late fees. If you must cancel your presentation due to extenuating circumstances, please notify the IADMS Program Committee as early as possible (see Cancellation).

You may update your abstract to update data or analyses or clarify text before re-submitting it, but please adhere to the abstract guidelines. Do not re-submit your original abstract file.
An abstract should be a synopsis of the presentation, including information relevant to its methods, materials, results, and conclusions. Abstracts in outline form or consisting primarily of bullet points will not be accepted.
To have your abstract included in Abstracts from the 2014 Annual Meeting, you must re-submit your abstract no later than June 15, 2014 to: AbstractBook@iadms.org
As a presenter, you are required to complete four (4) agreements / forms. These forms are accessible online via the IADMS Annual Registration Meeting website. You must attest to the forms online, which will affix your 'electronic signature.'
To complete and submit the above forms and agreements by the June 15, 2014 deadline, presenters should proceed through the following steps:
1. Go to the "My Status" page on the IADMS Annual Meeting Registration website: Click here.
a. For IADMS members (past or present) you will need to use your user name and password that you use to log in to the IADMS website. If you have forgotten your user name and/or password, go to the log in page and follow the instructions.
3. Expand the agreement and forms section of the status page by clicking on "Agreements / Forms”.
Any questions regarding the presenter forms should be directed to the IADMS Annual Meeting Producer.
