Registration Fees
Registration is through the local host conference web-site at www.iadms2007.com. Separate registration is required for each delegate. Registration is also required for all social events and for partners’ attendance at social events. CLICK HERE for online registration.
This year, all registration will be done online. You can register for a place at the 17th Annual Meeting of IADMS, 25-27 October 2007, at Special Interest Groups Day, Sunday, 28 October 2007, for Social Events, and for Pre- and Post-Conference Events in one easy step at www.iadms2007.com. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars (denoted A$) and include Australian GST (goods and services tax). Please retain a copy of your registration for your records while your confirmation letter is being processed and forwarded to you.
Your IADMS 'Annual Meeting' Registration includes:

Lunch
Light lunches and refreshments are included in the registration fee. As Friday sessions finish at 1.15pm, lunch will not be provided that day. Lunches will be served in the exhibition area of the AIS Arena. Both vegetarians and non-vegetarians will be catered for. Any special dietary requirements should be noted on the registration form. Special Interest Groups Day fee also includes lunch. Visa Requirements
REMINDER: A TRAVEL VISA IS REQUIRED FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS TO AUSTRALIA. The travel visa can be arranged by a travel agent, the airline booking your ticket, or online. See Local Host General Information for details.
You will not be permitted to enter Australia without a visa.

ANNUAL MEETING FEES
Reduced rates for IADMS Members
IADMS uses a sliding scale to assess Annual Meeting fees. Profession and membership tenure (member since ’07 & ’06 versus ’05 & prior) are both considered. The duration of continuous membership is rewarded. See the Registration Fees Table below for a complete breakdown of fees. Identify your professional category and your membership year.
Continuous IADMS membership: If you are a current member, your “Member Since” year appears in Membership Directory (log-in required). If you were a member in 2006, you would only qualify for continuous membership if your membership dues for 2007 were received BY 31 JANUARY 2007. Any membership dues paid after that date will qualify as “Member since '07”.
New IADMS membership: If you are not a current IADMS member (or have not yet renewed for 2007) and would like to apply for membership to receive the reduced registration fee, you must do so BEFORE 1 AUGUST 2007. [See Membership Information for details]. Membership applications or renewals received after 1 August 2007 will not qualify for conference registration discounts. Presenters receive a 25% discount off the regular fee if they register by 15 August 2007.

†Medical student or other health professional student registration requires written proof of student status. FULL TIME STUDENTS ONLY. (You are not eligible if you are also employed full-time.) Medical resident or registrar registration requires written proof of status from the director of the training program.
‡Dance graduate student registration requires written proof of student status from the department chairperson. FULL TIME STUDENTS ONLY.
Day passes will be available as space permits, priced at 45% of the full rate. Day passes are not available for presenters. Day pass information is available upon request. On-site registration only.
Early Registration Discount
Space at the conference is limited, so REGISTER EARLY!
You will receive A$55 off the regular fee for the full Annual Meeting if you register before 15 September 2007. There is no early registration discount for Special Interest Groups Day.
Payment
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and payments in any other currency will not be accepted. (Currency conversion rates continually fluctuate. Please check www.x-rates.com/calculator.html or http://www.xe.com/ucc/ for current rates.)Registration cannot be confirmed until full payment is received.
Cheques:
Person cheques from non-Australian banks will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Company cheques will only be accepted if issued from an Australian bank.
Credit cards:
All major credit cards are accepted: American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard and Visa. Credit Card payments will appear as ICMS Pty Ltd on your credit card statement.
Registration Acknowledgment
Your registration will be acknowledged via fax or by post within 10 working days of receipt of the registration form. Registration fees paid by cheque are based on date of receipt of payment (not on date of on-line registration).
On-site Registration
The Delegate Check-in and On-site Registration Desk will be open from 4pm on Wednesday, 24 October 2007. Delegates who register on-site are not guaranteed tickets to the inclusive social functions.
Cancellation and Changes
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the local conference administrator, ICMS Pty Ltd (contact information below). If notice is RECEIVED before 30 September 2007 all fees, except for a cancellation charge of A$110, will be refunded. No refunds will be made after 30 September 2007.
Alterations to your registration must also be made in writing to ICMS Pty Ltd. Requests for changes will not be accepted over the telephone.
IADMS is not responsible for airline tickets, hotel accommodation or other travel arrangements purchased for attendance at this meeting. We recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance, in the unlikely event that unforeseen circumstances affect the meeting or your travel plans.
