You must indicate that you wish to receive AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ when you register online for the Annual Meeting. An additional fee of $25 will apply.
How to Obtain Your Continuing Education Certificate:
⇒ Delegates must have requested "Continuing Medical Education” credits at the time of their online registration in order to be eligible to receive AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
If you wish to receive credits, you must complete (1) an Attendance Verification Record and (2) an Evaluation Form. Both forms can be found in your delegate packet; extra copies are available at the registration desk. The completed forms should be submitted to the registration desk at the end of the conference. Delegates are responsible for claiming only those hours actually spent participating in the continuing education activity.
Physical Therapists from the USA requesting Continuing Education Units (CEUs):
LCSW, Marriage and Family Counselors, Psychologists, and Social Workers who wish to receive credits must sign in daily at the registration desk.
After the completion of the conference, forms should be returned to the IADMS Conference Director:
Your certicate will be mailed to you by the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine.
For Athletic Trainers
IADMS is recognized by the Board of Certification, Inc., (BOC: Omaha, Nebraska, USA) to offer continuing education for Certified Athletic Trainers (Provider #P3457).
How to Obtain Your Continuing Education Units:
⇒ Athletic Trainers must have requested "BOC ATC” credits at the time of their on-line registration in order to be eligible to receive credits.
Athletic Trainers who wish to receive BOC CEU’s must sign in daily at the registration desk. Complete the Evaluation Form (found in your delegate packet) and return it to the registration desk at the end of the conference. Your "Certificate of Attendance” (which will be provided to you electronically via the IADMS Annual Meeting website within one month after the conference) can be used to report your CEU activity.

The International Association for Dance Medicine & Science (IADMS) requires that the Activity Director, planning committee members and all activity faculty (that is, anyone in a position to control the content of the education activity) disclose to the activity participants all relevant financial relationships with commercial interests. Disclosure will be made to activity participants prior to the commencement of the activity. IADMS also requires that faculty make clinical recommendations based on the best available scientific evidence and that faculty identify any discussion of the "off-label” or investigational use of pharmaceutical products or medical devices.
