The 24th Annual Meeting will take place at the Stadt-Casino in Basel, Switzerland. There are many options for accommodation in Basel to fit all budgets. There is no “official” hotel for the meeting, but IADMS has arranged for a block of rooms at the Ramada Plaza Basel Hotel & Conference Center.
All hotel guests in Basel receive a ‘Mobility Ticket’ which allows for the free use of all public transportation during their stay.
IADMS members who wish to share a room should post a message on the IADMS Annual Meeting Room Share Forum.

Travel time from hotel to meeting venue:
*Rates are per room per night, including sales tax and service charges. City tax of 3.50 CHF per person per night not included.
†German twin room= separate twin beds without space between.
These rates are available for arrival on or after Wednesday, October 15 and departure on or before Monday, October 20.
Breakfast buffet is included.
The rooms are air-conditioned, with shower or bath, WC, cable TV, radio, direct dial telephone, hairdryer, and safe facilities. Internet access equipped (analog, ISDN, LAN, W-Lan). Hotel sauna and fitness facilities available.
IMPORTANT: These special rates are only available until September 16, 2014. Subject to availability.
Cancellation of individual bookings can be made until 6 pm on the day of arrival without penalty. In case of a no-show or late cancellation, the first night will be charged to the customer.
