Attendees are not permitted to use any device to photograph, video record, or audio record any portion of the scientific program (i.e., lectures, symposia, forums, discussions, movement sessions, posters).
Any and all parts of the IADMS 21st Annual Meeting, Special Interest Groups Day, and related events as described on this and related websites are subject to change. The International Association for Dance Medicine & Science is not liable for damages of any nature sustained by delegates or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to, their personal property as a result of the conference or related events.
In the event of industrial disruption or other unforseen circumstances, IADMS is not responsible for loss of monies incurred by delegates. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance and travel insurance.
Certificate of Attendance
Delegates who desire a "Certificate of Attendance" for the IADMS 21st Annual Meeting and/or for Special Interest Groups Day can request such a certificate via the IADMS online registration system.
At the conference, in order to receive a certificate, you must complete the Evaluation Form found in the delegate packet and return it to the registration desk before Sunday, October 16 at 4 pm. An attendance certificate will be provided to you electronically via the IADMS Annual Meeting website within one month after the conference.
If you request a certificate after October 16, a $25 administrative fee will apply.
