Register for the IADMS 21st Annual Meeting, Special Interest Groups Day, social events, and conference events via the IADMS Annual Meeting website: CLICK HERE to register.
You may register to attend Special Interest Groups Day even if you do not attend the 3-day IADMS Annual Meeting. Registration is also required for all social events and for partners’ attendance at social events. Each delegate must register separately. |If you are a current IADMS member and wish to receive the IADMS member registration discount for the meeting, please note:|
|1. You will need your IADMS user name and password to register for the meeting.|
|2. If you do not have a password, or you have forgotten your password, click 'Log In' on the upper right corner of this page and follow the instructions on how to recover your user name or password. If you do not remember the email address that is listed in your IADMS membership file, or if you no longer have access to that email address, email Help@iadms.org for assistance. Allow 3 days to receive your information.|
|3. Your IADMS membership must be valid through October 17, 2011. You can check your membership expiration date by clicking here (login required). If it will expire prior to October 17, 2011, you will need to renew your IADMS membership if you wish to receive the IADMS member discount for the meeting.|
|4. If you register for the meeting without entering your IADMS user name and password you will NOT receive the member discount.|
|5. If you attempt to register and do not see the member discount applied, do NOT proceed. Stop, and contact us. IADMS member discounts will NOT be applied retroactively.|

Reduced rates for IADMS Members
IADMS uses a sliding scale to assess Annual Meeting fees. Profession and membership are both considered. See the Registration Fees Table below for a complete breakdown of fees.
Current IADMS membership:
If you are a current IADMS member, your name will appear in the Membership Directory (login required). Once you login, enter your name in the "Search Member Directory” section. Your membership expiration date will appear in the pop-up box with your personal information. Your membership must be current at the time of registration and remain current through the duration of the Annual Meeting. If your membership will expire before October 17, 2011, you will not be able to register as a member. Any membership dues paid after June 15, 2011, will not qualify you for the member discount.
New IADMS membership:
If you are not a current IADMS member (or have not yet renewed for 2011) and would like to apply for membership to receive the reduced registration fee, you must do so BEFORE JUNE 15, 2011. [See Membership Information for details]. Membership applications or renewals received after June 15, 2011, will not qualify for registration discounts.
IMPORTANT: If you choose to become a new member (or renew an expired membership), please wait 4 days after your membership is processed before you attempt to register online for the meeting. This will allow the system to apply your new discounts.

Notes to fees table:
Presenters receive a 25% discount off the regular fee (for the Annual Meeting only) if they register by August 15, 2011.
*Medical student or other health professional student registration requires written proof of student status. FULL TIME STUDENTS ONLY. (You are not eligible if you are also employed full-time.) Medical resident or registrar registration requires written proof of status from the director of the training program.
†Dance student registration requires written proof of student status from the department chairperson (college or university) or director (dance school or academy). FULL TIME STUDENTS ONLY.
‡If your IADMS "Member Type" is listed as Senior (check your listing in the Membership Directory) your conference registration fee will be calculated automatically. If not, and if you wish to apply for registration in the Senior category you must email the IADMS Conference Staff at ConferenceDirector@iadms.orgprior to registering online.
Day passes (for admission to a single day of the Annual Meeting) will be available for purchase online after September 21, 2011, as space permits. The day pass fee is 50% of the non-member rate for your registration category for the Annual Meeting. Day passes will also be available at the registration desk during the Annual Meeting, as space permits. Day passes are not available for presenters.

Note: If you have joined the IADMS Studio Teachers’ Network, a 10% discount for "A Day for Teachers" will be automatically applied. Only one discount for Annual Meeting and SIG Day registration is permitted.
Space is limited, so REGISTER EARLY !
EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT
You will receive $ 45 off the fee for the 3 day Annual Meeting if you register before August 15, 2011.
LATE REGISTRATION FEE
You will be charged an additional $ 50 administrative fee/surcharge if you register for the Annual Meeting or for SIG Day after September 21, 2011.
Refunds (minus a $100 cancellation fee) will only be made for cancellations received in writing by September 15, 2011. There will be no refunds after September 15, 2011.
IADMS is not responsible for airline tickets, hotel accommodation or other travel arrangements purchased for attendance at this meeting. We recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance, in the unlikely event that unforeseen circumstances affect the meeting or your travel plans.
All prices quoted are in US Dollars and payments in any other currency will not be accepted.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted for online registration.
A registration acknowledgment will be sent to the email address that you supply during registration. Please retain a copy of your registration confirmation email for your records. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as "IADMS Conference."
Changing Your Registration Information
You may login to the Annual Meeting Registration websiteat any time to change your registration details (e.g., request certificate of attendance, request CME credits, add SIG Day registration, register for social events, etc.)
The Annual Meeting registration desk, located in in the lobby of the Sheraton National Hotel, will be available for delegate check-in and on-site registration during the following hours:

Space at the conference is limited and, therefore, online registration in advance is strongly recommended. In addition, delegates who do register on-site are not guaranteed tickets to social events.
