Reminder:  TO RECEIVE THE PRESENTER DISCOUNT YOU MUST REGISTER BY AUGUST 1, 2016.  If you register after August 1, 2016, you must pay the full registration fee plus any applicable late fees.

IADMS Member Discount
There is a reduced registration fee for current IADMS members.  You can check your membership expiration date by clicking here (sign in required).

Presenter Discount
As a presenter, you will receive a 20% reduction off the regular registration fee. This discount applies only to the four day Annual Conference fee, not to either "A Day For ..." fee. Student presenters who receive the Student Research Award or a Student Researcher Travel Grant and who register by the August 1, 2016 deadline may register for free.

If you must cancel your presentation due to extenuating circumstances, please notify the IADMS Program Committee immediately (see Cancellation).

Part 1
Revised Abstract Submission
(Abstract Submission Website)


All authors must review and/or re-submit their abstracts online for inclusion in the book, Abstracts from the 26th Annual Conference of IADMS. This abstract book will be distributed as a PDF to all delegates and will also be available for purchase on the IADMS website.

Review your abstract submission. Confirm that "blinded" information is correct and complete, and confirm there is no "redacted" information; else, revise accordingly. Revise your abstract(s) to update data or analyses or to clarify text.  An abstract should be a synopsis of the presentation, including information relevant to its methods, materials, results, and conclusions. Abstracts in outline form or consisting primarily of bullet points will not be accepted.


  1. Log in to the abstract website (not the IADMS website), using the email address and password you created earlier this year when you submitted your abstract:
    CLICK HERE to access the abstract website.
  2. Click the green tab, "Submission/s".
  3. Next to the accepted presentation you wish to review/revise, click "Edit".
  4. Review and/or edit only the first four sections (title of presentation, authors, abstract text, and references). Any revisions must not be substantially different from your initial submission. Do not edit any other sections.
    • For references: Add superscripts (if desired) manually in the abstract text. In the "references" text box, list the references using the same superscripts as used in the abstract text: no more than 10, follow the style instructions, Preparing Your References.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click "Submit".
  6. To re-revise this presentation or to revise another presentation (if any), follow these same steps.


Part 2 
Required Agreements and Forms
(IADMS Website)


Each presenter and moderator is required to complete four (4) agreements.

  1. Agreement to Present at 26th IADMS Annual Conference
  2. Audio-Visual (AV) Agreement
  3. Conflict of Interest and Financial Disclosure
  4. Agreement to Publish Abstract

You must be signed in to the IADMS website in order to complete your forms.  

  • If you are a current IADMS member, sign in via your regular profile and complete your forms.  You must do this if you wish to receive your IADMS member discount when you register for the Annual Conference.

  • If you are not a current IADMS member, you have several choices:
    1. Renew an expired IADMS membership:  Go to the sign in page and locate your old member profile.  Pay your dues online.  Note that it may take up to 3 days to activate your profile, due to the manual processing that may be required for accounts that are lapsed for several years.  Contact us if needed.  Once your account has been activated, complete your forms.
    2. Join as a new member of IADMS:  Pay your dues online.  Then complete your forms.
    3. If you have registered for the IADMS Email List in the past, sign in to your profile.  Then complete your forms.
    4. If none of the above apply, then create a new registration at no charge (gratis) for the IADMS Email List.  Then complete your forms.

Please fill out the forms only ONCE, even if you have multiple presentations.

Please note:  A reference number will be provided on the confirmation screen after you complete your forms.  You will not receive a confirmation email.  We will notify you if further information is required.

If you cannot present at the conference, please notify IADMS immediately via email so that a substitute presentation may be arranged for your time slot.
