Healthy Approaches to Dance Practice and Performance

The IADMS Regional Conference, Healthy Approaches to Dance Practice and Performance, to be held at Texas A&M University, will offer lecture and movement sessions experimenting with current concepts in healthy approaches to dance training and performance. This one day workshop will provide some basic essentials and practical strategies for dance training and performance which promotes the overall health and well-being of the dancer.
